El crecimiento demogr\u00e1fico de la poblaci\u00f3n, la sostenibilidad, la digitalizaci\u00f3n y los nuevos ingredientes se posicionan como las principales \u00e1reas de desarrollo de la industria.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilbao se ha convertido del 15 al 17 de junio en la capital mundial de la innovaci\u00f3n en FoodTech con la celebraci\u00f3n, en el Bilbao Exhibition Centre-BEC, de la primera edici\u00f3n de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.expofoodtech.com\/\">Food 4 Future- Expo FoodTech 2021<\/a>. Un evento internacional, pensado por y para los profesionales de la industria alimentaria y de las bebidas, en el que se han buscado las respuestas a los grandes retos del sector: c\u00f3mo optimizar procesos a trav\u00e9s de la tecnolog\u00eda, c\u00f3mo desarrollar modelos de negocio m\u00e1s sostenibles y eficientes, y cu\u00e1les son las tendencias en la producci\u00f3n de nuevos alimentos e ingredientes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello, Food 4 Future ha reunido en Bilbao a&nbsp;<strong>5.417 visitantes presenciales procedentes de 22 pa\u00edses<\/strong>, a los que se han sumado otros&nbsp;<strong>4.911 usuarios conectados v\u00eda streaming desde 29 pa\u00edses<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, la celebraci\u00f3n presencial de Food 4 Future en Bilbao ha generado un&nbsp;<strong>impacto econ\u00f3mico de m\u00e1s de 9 millones de euros&nbsp;<\/strong>para la ciudad, posicionando adem\u00e1s a Euskadi como epicentro y referente mundial FoodTech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del impacto en Euskadi, la propia industria ha destacado a Food 4 Future como un punto de partida para conocer y difundir las mejores pr\u00e1cticas en el sector, al tiempo que generan nuevas oportunidades de negocio.&nbsp;<strong>Sergio Fabregat, director de Food 4 Future<\/strong>, destaca que el encuentro&nbsp;<em>\u201cse ha convertido en un punto de reuni\u00f3n para todos los profesionales del <a href=\"http:\/\/aspack.es\">sector<\/a> que ha permitido a la industria alimentaria restablecer los contactos, impulsando el negocio y situando a Bilbao como la capital de la innovaci\u00f3n foodtech\u201d.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera edici\u00f3n del congreso ha contado con la presencia de&nbsp;<strong>349 ponentes internacionales en 56 conferencias&nbsp;<\/strong>que han abordado los principales retos del sector alimentario y de todos sus segmentos: industria c\u00e1rnica, conservera, pesquera, l\u00e1ctea, del aceite, cereales, y bebidas.&nbsp;M\u00e1s de <strong>197 firmas expositoras <\/strong>han participado en el evento, presentando m\u00e1s de 461 innovaciones para la industria de la alimentaci\u00f3n y bebidas.&nbsp;Entre ellos <a href=\"http:\/\/aspack.es\">Aspack<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/aifec.eu\">AIFEC<\/a> han participado en el evento como supporting partner, al ser factores importantes en el sector de la alimentaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gran victoria de este evento transmite esperanza a todos los sectores que est\u00e1n relacionados con la industria alimentaria ya que han tenido que trabajar m\u00e1s que nunca en este \u00faltimo a\u00f1o a causa de la crisis sanitaria y que tambi\u00e9n posiciona a Bilbao como epicentro&nbsp;y referente mundial FoodTech. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Extracto de la nota de prensa de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.expofoodtech.com\/media\/press-releases\/\">Food4Future.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>4.911 usuarios de 29 pa\u00edses han seguido v\u00eda streaming las conferencias de los 349 expertos internacionales que han participado en los 3 d\u00edas del congreso Food4Future en Bilbao.
